The President had many morning meetings on this day. At 10:30 a.m., he met with Congressman Paul Jones from Missouri. At 10:45, Congressman O. C. Fisher met with the President to discuss the angora goat industry. The President had meetings every 15 minutes until he had his lunch at 1:00 p.m.

At 4:00 p.m., he met with Frank Pace, the Assistant Director of the Budget.
