Margaret & her elementary schools

Margaret Truman, Harry's daughter, attended Bryant Elementary School in Independence until 1934, when she was ten years old and her father was elected Senator. From then on her year was split. From September to January she stayed in school in Independence. From January to May she attended Gunston Hall, a private school for girls in Washington. She graduated in 1942.
