Footage from the William M. Rigdon collection at Georgia Southern University, who retained the original films. William M. Rigdon was President Truman's Naval Aide. This film concerns President Franklin D. Roosevelt's trip to the Yalta Conference and includes his meeting with King Farouk of Egypt, King Ibn Saud, and Emperor Haile Selassie of Ethiopia.

03:11   President Roosevelt and company take a drive about the Island of Malta.
04:23   Saki, USSR: Escorted by fighters, the President’s plane arrives from Malta. Honors at Russian Airfield at Saki. Then they travel to Yalta.
06:09   Livadia: The American delegation stayed at the former summer palace of the Czars. All Big Three meetings were held here.
