Footage from the William M. Rigdon collection at Georgia Southern University; Commander Rigdon was President Truman's Naval Aide. This film ends the footage of President Harry S. Truman's western trip, a pre-campaign whistle-stop trip across the western United States and back. This film begins June 16 in Emporia, Kansas (showing Margaret Truman on the train); Union Station in Kansas City; Warrensburg, Missouri, and St. Louis, Missouri on June 17.
