Home movie footage relating to the motorcade delivering the casket of Mr. Truman to the Harry S. Truman Library, the visits to the Truman home of former President Lyndon B. Johnson and President Richard M. Nixon; interspersed with newspaper headlines and newspaper photographs.

1:30   Honor guards, television reporters, people walking on streets. Airplane flying over the Truman home.
1:48   Motorcade from Carson Funeral Home takes Mr. Truman’s casket to the Harry S. Truman Library, going down Delaware Street. Airplanes are flying overhead.
2:58   Crowds gathering in front of the Library; distance view of band, guards, and crowds, lined up on front lawn of Library. Motorcade arrives at Library.
5:04   At Truman home, former President Lyndon B. Johnson and his family arrive by car and are greeted by Margaret Truman Daniel and Clifton Daniel. They go into the Truman home. The group includes Lady Bird Johnson, Luci Johnson Nugent and her husband Patrick Nugent, and Lynda Bird Johnson Robb and her husband, Charles Robb. They leave.
6:56   President Richard Nixon and First Lady Pat Nixon arrive by car at the Truman home and are greeted by Margaret Truman Daniel and Clifton Daniel. They go into house. Later, they leave.
7:54   The film shows a program autographed by Mr. Truman “To L. G. Blair from Harry S. Truman.”
