The Young Democrats hold a national testimonial dinner for Franklin D. Roosevelt at the University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma. Former President Truman and Eleanor Roosevelt are among the speakers. This film consists of a series of short segments with many splices interrupting most speeches.
SD-quality copies of already digitized motion pictures are available for $20, and HD-quality copies of already digitized motion pictures are $50. Copies of motion pictures not already digitized will incur additional costs.
