Newsreel footage from 1949, showing President Truman speaking at the signing of the North Atlantic Treaty, at the dedication of the United Nations building in New York City, and at a dinner for General George Marshall. Truman is also shown signing bills, attending meetings and marching in parades. There is a segment on housing. Same as part of MP72 41, which is a sound film.
