Description
Major General Louis W. Truman (foreground, right) greets unidentified enlisted members of the 12th Infantry 4th Infantry Division upon their arrival at McChord Airforce Base, Seattle-Tacoma after completion of the "Little Bear" exercise in Alaska. Included among these are some African-American soldiers. All others are unidentified.
