Lieutenant General Louis W. Truman seen standing at attention in background as troops parade during the Change of Command Ceremony at Kelley Barracks, Stutt-Moehringen, Germany. General Louis assumed command of the United States 7th Army Corps. Included among the troops marching by are some African-American soldiers. All others are unidentified.
